01 How we deliver

From strategy to production, under one accountable engagement.

Bingo Solutions advises, builds, integrates, and automates as a single firm — delivered in shippable phases under scoped SOWs, with a documented handover your team owns. One point of accountability from the first assessment to the system running in production.

02 The methodology

Advise. Build. Integrate. Automate.

Four phases, each one shippable on its own. We do not disappear for six months and return with a system. Every phase carries the same three commitments: what actually happens, the deliverable you keep, and how we prove it worked.

01 · Advise

Map the workflow

We map the volumes, handoffs, systems, and risk, then recommend the technology that delivers measurable return — AI, systems, or both — before you spend on a build.

02 · Build

Ship an increment

A scoped, founder-built increment running in production inside 30 days. Not a slide deck and not a sandbox demo — working software, evaluated against your real data.

03 · Integrate

Wire into your stack

The increment connects to your systems of record via APIs, events, and middleware — under least-privilege access and your security policies.

04 · Automate

Hand it over

High-volume straight-through processing, with exceptions routed to your people. Monitored, documented, and transferred so your team runs it without us.

03 Inside each phase

What happens, what you keep, how we prove it.

Every phase is written down the same way — the work performed, the artifact that stays with you, and the evidence that it holds up in production.

01 Advise

Map the workflow — and recommend what delivers return.

We map the workflow, the systems, the data, and the risk that surround it before anyone writes a line of code.

What happens

We map the workflow, systems, data, and risk — volumes, handoffs, and where the cost actually lives.

You keep

A roadmap and an ROI / TCO business case, sequenced to measurable outcomes.

How we prove it

A clear go / no-go, grounded in measurable return — before you spend on a build.

02 Build

A working increment in production — in 30 days.

Not a slide deck and not a sandbox demo. A scoped, founder-built increment running in production inside 30 days.

What happens

A working increment ships to production inside 30 days — the standing target, not a stretch goal.

You keep

Running software, plus the evaluations that show how it performs against your own cases.

How we prove it

Measured against your real data — not a synthetic sandbox that flatters the model.

03 Integrate

Wire it into the stack you already run.

The increment connects to your systems of record via APIs, events, and middleware — under least-privilege access and your security policies.

What happens

We wire into your stack — APIs, events, systems of record — under least-privilege access and your security policies.

You keep

The integrations, plus runbooks that document exactly how the connections behave.

How we prove it

Zero re-keying — the system writes back to your systems of record, not to a side database.

04 Automate

Volume handled. Exceptions to your people.

High-volume straight-through processing, with exceptions routed to your people carrying the evidence they need to decide.

What happens

High-volume straight-through processing, with exceptions routed to your people.

You keep

The automation, plus monitoring, documentation, and hands-on knowledge transfer.

How we prove it

Your team runs it. No dependency on us by design — that is the whole point of the engagement.

04 Engagement & procurement

Built to scope, built to sign.

How the work is papered, priced, and sequenced — so procurement, legal, and your delivery team all know exactly what they are getting, and where the ceiling sits.

Master agreement, scoped SOWs

We'll sign one MSA up front, then define the work in scoped SOWs. Each phase carries its own deliverables, timeline, and acceptance criteria — nothing open-ended.

Fixed-fee or capped T&M

Fixed-fee where the scope is clear; capped, not-to-exceed T&M where the work is exploratory. You know the ceiling before we start — no surprise overruns.

Discovery → POC → production

A path built to de-risk spend: discovery, then a POC or pilot, then production hardening, then optional managed services. Stop at any gate — you are never committed to the next phase.

Agile sprints, visible progress

Work runs in short sprints with something reviewable at the end of each one. You see progress on real software continuously — not a status deck once a month.

Knowledge transfer & runbooks

Every engagement closes with runbooks, architecture documentation, and hands-on knowledge transfer. Your team learns the system while we are still on the hook for it.

You own the IP and the code

The code and the intellectual property are yours. We deliver it, document it, and hand it over — no license we hold back, no black box you cannot open.

No lock-in, open standards

We build on open standards and portable interfaces, model- and vendor-agnostic. If you choose to take the system in-house or move providers later, nothing in our work stands in the way.

Founder-led, US-based

The founders who scope the work are the ones who build it — US-based, directly accountable. No junior bench, no army of consultants, no offshore relay.

SLAs & support tiers

Where you want ongoing coverage, we'll define SLAs and support tiers to match — response targets, escalation paths, and clear scope. Optional, and only if you want us there.

05 Security & data posture

Access we can defend. Data we don't touch.

We work under least-privilege access inside your environment, with PHI excluded by default and immutable audit trails on everything the system does. Where regulated data is genuinely in scope, we'll sign a BAA. Architected to SOC 2 and NIST 800-53 controls — HIPAA-aligned, with a BAA available.

  • Least-privilege access
Scoped, revocable credentials to only the systems the work requires.
  • PHI excluded by default
Regulated data stays out unless a BAA puts it deliberately in scope.
  • Immutable audit trails
Every action the system takes is logged, attributable, and reviewable.
  • Inside your environment
Deployment in your VPC or on-prem — your data stays under your control.

Scope the first phase.

In a 30-minute conversation, we'll assess where enterprise IT and AI deliver measurable return in your operation — and lay out what the first shippable phase looks like, on paper.
